Brief Biography ~

Born and raised in Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh) in a family of 11 children (She is the oldest girl). Graduated from McKeesport Area Senior High School in 1971. Went to Hawaii (1972) to visit her brother and his family – which is where she met my husband, Jim. Came to Indiana in 1973 – Jim is from South Bend. She is now a full-fledged Hoosier and Notre Dame fan.

Achievements ~

Worked as the secretary for the Math department for 15 years and has worked the last 1.5 years as secretary of the Computer Science/Informatics department. Has most recently received the WOW (Wonderful Outstanding Worker) Award from IUSB.
