A106 Lab 5

Follow the instructions in the textbook on Microsoft Word 2002, Chapters 4 and 5 up to the chapter rewiews. In chapter 4, execute all of the "practice" parts of the chapter except for the printing itself unless you want to. For example, on page 133, you have to choose File, Print. Examine that dialog but press cancel, as they say for the case where you don't have a printer.

If you finish the chapters before the end of the lab session, start working on the homework 3 .

For example, to download the file WRD0410, follow the previous link, right click on the file wrd410.doc, and choose "Save Link As ..." or "Save target as..." from the pop-up menu. Save each file to your m:\ drive or to the floppy drive (a:\) before you start working on it. Once the file is saved, you can open it from MS Word with the File-Open or Ctrl-O.
